The Social Media professional monitors global conversations in real-time. Hashtags, mentions, and sentiment are captured, processed, and presented in dashboards that help us track what matters to our audience.
What is the UX?
Beyond the enterprise dashboards, we try very hard to see what the “User” sees. We load Social Media apps to our mobile devices (phones, tablets; laptops) and test the User Experience on a daily basis.

Most academic libraries have a dedicated staff available to help students find the resources they need. Once those students graduate, and move into the workplace, who is there to help them find questions to their answers?
Career day is one of my favorite days of the year. Being surrounded by children dressed up as bakers, painters, fashion designers, paleontologists, and archaeologists reminds me that work is supposed to be fun.
